Background:    This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme is found in skeletal muscle cells in the adult where it may play a role in muscle development and regeneration. A switch from alpha enolase to beta enolase occurs in muscle tissue during development in rodents. Mutations in this gene have be associated glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human tonsil tissue using 212582(ENO3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/70(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 212582(Anti-ENO3 Antibody) at dilution 1/70.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using 212582(Anti-ENO3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/70.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D125431(Anti-ENO3 Antibody) at dilution 1/70.
