Background:    The protein encoded by this gene is a putative protein kinase that is induced by the transcription factor NF-kappaB. The encoded protein is a negative regulator of NF-kappaB and can also sensitize cells to TNF- and TRAIL-induced apoptosis. In addition, this protein can negatively regulate the cell survival serine-threonine kinase AKT1. Differential promoter usage and alternate splicing result in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 217946(TRIB3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217946(Anti-TRIB3 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 217946(Anti-TRIB3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D223415(Anti-TRIB3 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.
