Background:    This gene encodes a protein that contains an N-terminal RING finger motif and a putative coiled-coil domain. A similar murine protein interacts with TNFR-associated factor 1 (TRAF1), TNFR-associated factor 2 (TRAF2), and cylindromatosis. The interaction with TRAF2 inhibits TRAF2-mediated nuclear factor kappa-B, subunit 1 activation that is required for cell activation and protection against apoptosis.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217947(TRAIP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217947(Anti-TRAIP Antibody) at dilution 1/40.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 217947(Anti-TRAIP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D223419(Anti-TRAIP Antibody) at dilution 1/40.
