Background:    This gene encodes one of the three subunits of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor complex. This complex plays a central role in transcription initiation by RNA polymerase III on genes encoding tRNA, 5S rRNA, and other small structural RNAs. The gene product belongs to the TF2B family. Several alternatively spliced variants encoding different isoforms, that function at different promoters transcribed by RNA polymerase III, have been identified.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 218372(BRF1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218372(Anti-BRF1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 218372(Anti-BRF1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D224276(Anti-BRF1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
