Background:    DNA replication complex GINS protein PSF1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GINS1 gene. The GINS complex plays an essential role in the initiation of DNA replication, and progression of DNA replication forks. GINS complex seems to bind preferentially to single-stranded DNA. GINS1 is essential for function. Component of the GINS complex which is a heterotetramer of GINS1, GINS2, GINS3 and GINS4. Forms a stable subcomplex with GINS4. GINS complex interacts with DNA primase in vitro.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 220350(GINS1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220350(Anti-GINS1 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 220350(Anti-GINS1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D261403(Anti-GINS1 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
