          Product Description
Cat.#:   S220970
Product Name:   Anti-SPDL1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Synonyms:   CCDC99
UNIPROT ID:   Q96EA4 (Gene Accession – NP_060255 )
Background:    Required for the localization of dynein and dynactin to the mitotic kintochore. Dynein is believed to control the initial lateral interaction between the kinetochore and spindle microtubules and to facilitate the subsequent formation of end-on kinetochore-microtubule attachments mediated by the NDC80 complex. Also required for correct spindle orientation. Does not appear to be required for the removal of spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) proteins from the kinetochore upon bipolar spindle attachment.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 220970(SPDL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220970(Anti-SPDL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 220970(Anti-SPDL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262301(Anti-SPDL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
