Background:    Initiation of transcription by RNA polymerase II requires the activities of more than 70 polypeptides. The protein that coordinates these activities is transcription factor IID (TFIID), which binds to the core promoter to position the polymerase properly, serves as the scaffold for assembly of the remainder of the transcription comple,x and acts as a channel for regulatory signals. TFIID is composed of the TATA-binding protein (TBP) and a group of evolutionarily conserved proteins known as TBP-associated factors or TAFs.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 220998(TAF10 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220998(Anti-TAF10 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 220998(Anti-TAF10 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262337(Anti-TAF10 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.
