Background:    This gene is a member of KDWK gene family. The product of this gene associates with GMEB1 protein, and the complex is essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Study of rat homolog implicates the role of this gene in modulation of transactivation by the glucocorticoid receptor bound to glucocorticoid response elements. This gene appears to use multiple polyadenylation sites.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 222088(GMEB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Nucleus and Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 222088(Anti-GMEB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 222088(Anti-GMEB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D264005(Anti-GMEB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
