Background:    The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White). This protein is a member of the GCN20 subfamily. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human colon cancer tissue using 216899(ABCF2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colon cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 216899(Anti-ABCF2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 216899(Anti-ABCF2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D221442(Anti-ABCF2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
