Background:    This gene encodes the enzyme responsible for RNA editing by site-specific deamination of adenosines. This enzyme destabilizes double-stranded RNA through conversion of adenosine to inosine. Mutations in this gene have been associated with dyschromatosis symmetrica hereditaria. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human colon cancer tissue using 220033(ADAR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm, Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colon cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220033(Anti-ADAR Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 220033(Anti-ADAR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D260830(Anti-ADAR Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
