Background:    This gene encodes a protein that contains an armadillo repeat and transmembrane domain. The encoded protein decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, and may play a role in cell growth and survival. Upregulation of this gene may play a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 3.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 217867(ARMC10 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217867(Anti-ARMC10 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 217867(Anti-ARMC10 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D223263(Anti-ARMC10 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
