Background:    This gene encodes a protein containing a potential N-terminal transmembrane domain and multiple armadillo (arm) repeats. Proteins containing arm repeats are involved in development, maintenance of tissue integrity, and tumorigenesis. This gene is located in a cluster of related genes on chromosome X. There is a pseudogene for this gene on chromosome 7. Alternative splicing in the 5′ UTR results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 217187(ARMCX2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217187(Anti-ARMCX2 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217187(Anti-ARMCX2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D221947(Anti-ARMCX2 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
