UNIPROT ID:   Q96EG1 (Gene Accession – BC012375 )
Background:    The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the sulfatase enzyme family. Sulfatases hydrolyze sulfate esters from sulfated steroids, carbohydrates, proteoglycans, and glycolipids. They are involved in hormone biosynthesis, modulation of cell signaling, and degradation of macromolecules. This protein displays arylsulfatase activity at acidic pH, as is typical of lysosomal sulfatases, and has been shown to localize in the lysosomes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217062(ARSG Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217062(Anti-ARSG Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human gastric cancer tissue using 217062(Anti-ARSG Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human gastric cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D221728(Anti-ARSG Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
