Background:    This gene encodes an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint. The encoded protein binds to single-stranded DNA coated with replication protein A. The protein also interacts with the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein kinase, resulting in its accumulation at intranuclear foci induced by DNA damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 218344(ATRIP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218344(Anti-ATRIP Antibody) at dilution 1/40.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue using 218344(Anti-ATRIP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D224214(Anti-ATRIP Antibody) at dilution 1/40.
