Background:    This gene encodes monocyte chemotactic protein 3, a secreted chemokine which attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It is a member of the C-C subfamily of chemokines which are characterized by having two adjacent cysteine residues. The protein is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, an enzyme which degrades components of the extracellular matrix. This gene is part of a cluster of C-C chemokine family members on chromosome 17q.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 221186(CCL7 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20(Secreted).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 221186(Anti-CCL7 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 221186(Anti-CCL7 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262679(Anti-CCL7 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.
