UNIPROT ID:   O75838 (Gene Accession – BC047381 )
Background:    The protein encoded by this gene is similar to that of KIP/CIB, calcineurin B, and calmodulin. The encoded protein is a calcium-binding regulatory protein that interacts with DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunits (DNA-PKcs), and it is involved in photoreceptor cell maintenance. Mutations in this gene cause deafness, autosomal recessive, 48 (DFNB48), and also Usher syndrome 1J (USH1J). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human prostate cancer tissue using 219552(CIB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 219552(Anti-CIB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue using 219552(Anti-CIB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D227694(Anti-CIB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.
