UNIPROT ID:   P00450 (Gene Accession – NP_000087 )
Background:    The protein encoded by this gene is a metalloprotein that binds most of the copper in plasma and is involved in the peroxidation of Fe(II)transferrin to Fe(III) transferrin. Mutations in this gene cause aceruloplasminemia, which results in iron accumulation and tissue damage, and is associated with diabetes and neurologic abnormalities. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other not protein-coding, have been found for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 221725(CP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 221725(Anti-CP Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue using 221725(Anti-CP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D263439(Anti-CP Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
