Background:    This gene encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the CXC chemokine receptor family. It is expressed in mature B-cells and Burkitt’s lymphoma. This cytokine receptor binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), and is involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 219729(CXCR5 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 219729(Anti-CXCR5 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue using 219729(Anti-CXCR5 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D260230(Anti-CXCR5 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.
