UNIPROT ID:   O60941 (Gene Accession – BC016655 )
Background:    This gene encodes dystrobrevin beta, a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex (DPC). The DPC consists of dystrophin and several integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and dystrobrevin alpha and beta. The DPC localizes to the sarcolemma and its disruption is associated with various forms of muscular dystrophy. Dystrobrevin beta is thought to interact with syntrophin and the DP71 short form of dystrophin. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217373(DTNB Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217373(Anti-DTNB Antibody) at dilution 1/50.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue using 217373(Anti-DTNB Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D222258(Anti-DTNB Antibody) at dilution 1/50.
