          Product Description
Cat.#:   S217084
Product Name:   Anti-EPS15L1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Synonyms:   EPS15R
UNIPROT ID:   Q9UBC2 (Gene Accession – BC131590 )
Background:    Epidermal growth factor receptor substrate 15-like 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EPS15L1gene. EPS15L1 has been shown to interact with HRB. Seems to be a constitutive component of clathrin-coated pits that is required for receptor-mediated endocytosis. Involved in endocytosis of integrin beta-1 (ITGB1) and transferrin receptor (TFR); internalization of ITGB1 as DAB2-dependent cargo but not TFR seems to require association with DAB2.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 217084(EPS15L1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217084(Anti-EPS15L1 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 217084(Anti-EPS15L1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D221762(Anti-EPS15L1 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.
