UNIPROT ID:   P07332 (Gene Accession – BC035357 )
Background:    This gene encodes the human cellular counterpart of a feline sarcoma retrovirus protein with transforming capabilities. The gene product has tyrosine-specific protein kinase activity and that activity is required for maintenance of cellular transformation. Its chromosomal location has linked it to a specific translocation event identified in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia but it is also involved in normal hematopoiesis as well as growth factor and cytokine receptor signaling. Alternative splicing results in multiple variants encoding different isoforms.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217439(FES Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Cytoplasm or Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217439(Anti-FES Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 217439(Anti-FES Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D222357(Anti-FES Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
