Background:    The protein encoded by this gene binds the epidermal growth factor receptor and contains one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains. Its two SH3 domains direct complex formation with proline-rich regions of other proteins, and its SH2 domain binds tyrosine phosphorylated sequences. This gene is similar to the Sem5 gene of C.elegans, which is involved in the signal transduction pathway. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 216538(GRB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm and Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 216538(Anti-GRB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue using 216538(Anti-GRB2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D220710(Anti-GRB2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
