Background:    This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor kinase family of proteins. The encoded protein phosphorylates the beta-adrenergic receptor as well as a wide range of other substrates including non-GPCR cell surface receptors, and cytoskeletal, mitochondrial, and transcription factor proteins. Data from rodent models supports a role for this gene in embryonic development, heart function and metabolism. Elevated expression of this gene has been observed in human patients with heart failure and Alzheimer’s disease.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 222404(GRK2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 222404(Anti-GRK2 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue using 222404(Anti-GRK2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colorectal cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D264561(Anti-GRK2 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.
