Background:    This gene encodes a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. The encoded protein is found in an inactive cytoplasmic form that upon serine/threonine phosphorylation forms a complex with CREBBP. This complex translocates to the nucleus and activates the transcription of interferons alpha and beta, as well as other interferon-induced genes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 210399(IRF3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 210399(Anti-IRF3 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue using 210399(Anti-IRF3 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D120875(Anti-IRF3 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
