Background:    This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the Condensin2nSMC family of proteins. The encoded protein is a regulatory subunit of the condensin II complex which, along with the condensin I comple,x plays a role in chromosome assembly and segregation during mitosis. A similar protein in mouse is required for early development of the embryo. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 220420(NCAPG2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50(Nucleus ).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220420(Anti-NCAPG2 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 220420(Anti-NCAPG2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D261508(Anti-NCAPG2 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.
