Background:    This gene encodes a vitamin K-dependent plasma protein that functions as a cofactor for the anticoagulant protease, activated protein C (APC) to inhibit blood coagulation. It is found in plasma in both a free, functionally active form and also in an inactive form complexed with C4b-binding protein. Mutations in this gene result in autosomal dominant hereditary thrombophilia. An inactive pseudogene of this locus is located at an adjacent region on chromosome 3.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 216886(PROS1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 216886(Anti-PROS1 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 216886(Anti-PROS1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D221412(Anti-PROS1 Antibody) at dilution 1/40.
