Background:    Regulator of G protein signaling (RGS) family members are regulatory molecules that act as GTPase activating proteins (GAPs) for G alpha subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins. RGS proteins are able to deactivate G protein subunits of the Gi alpha, Go alpha and Gq alpha subtypes. They drive G proteins into their inactive GDP-bound forms. Regulator of G protein signaling 4 belongs to this family. All RGS proteins share a conserved 120-amino acid sequence termed the RGS domain.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 217755(RGS4 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217755(Anti-RGS4 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 217755(Anti-RGS4 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D223007(Anti-RGS4 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
