Background:    This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine kinase family of enzymes. This family member is similar to a Drosophila protein that plays a key role in the Hedgehog signaling pathway. This human protein is a positive regulator of the GLI zinc-finger transcription factors. Knockout studies of the homologous mouse gene suggest that defects in this human gene may lead to congenital hydrocephalus, possibly due to a functional defect in motile cilia.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 220978(STK36 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20(Cytoplasm and Cell membrane).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220978(Anti-STK36 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 220978(Anti-STK36 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262312(Anti-STK36 Antibody) at dilution 1/20.
