Background:    Sarcomere assembly is regulated by the muscle protein titin. Titin is a giant elastic protein with kinase activity that extends half the length of a sarcomere. It serves as a scaffold to which myofibrils and other muscle related proteins are attached. This gene encodes a protein found in striated and cardiac muscle that binds to the titin Z1-Z2 domains and is a substrate of titin kinase, interactions thought to be critical to sarcomere assembly. Mutations in this gene are associated with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2G.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human tonsil tissue using 218815(TCAP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/55(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218815(Anti-TCAP Antibody) at dilution 1/55.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 218815(Anti-TCAP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/55.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D225265(Anti-TCAP Antibody) at dilution 1/55.
