Background:    Tenascin-R (TNR) is an extracellular matix protein expressed primarily in the central nervous system. It is a member of the tenascin (TN) gene family, which includes at least 3 genes in mammals: TNC (or hexabrachion; MIM 187380), TNX (TNXB; MIM 600985), and TNR (Erickson, 1993 [PubMed 7694605]). The genes are expressed in distinct tissues at different times during embryonic development and are present in adult tissues.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human brain tissue using 220223(TNR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50(Secreted, ExtraCellular space, ExtraCellular matrix).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220223(Anti-TNR Antibody) at dilution 1/50.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human ovarian cancer tissue using 220223(Anti-TNR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human ovarian cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D261164(Anti-TNR Antibody) at dilution 1/50.
