Background:    Zinc-finger proteins bind nucleic acids and play important roles in various cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This gene encodes a LIM-domain zinc finger protein. The LIM domain is composed of two contiguous zinc finger domains, separated by a two-amino acid residue hydrophobic linker. The LIM domain mediates protein:protein interactions. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human brain tissue using 221161(ZNF185 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 221161(Anti-ZNF185 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 221161(Anti-ZNF185 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262641(Anti-ZNF185 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
