Background:    The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the cyclin family and contains the cyclin box. The encoded protein lacks the protein destabilizing (PEST) sequence that is present in other family members. Transcriptional activation of this gene can be induced by tumor protein p53. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human cervical cancer tissue using 221261(CCNG1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 221261(Anti-CCNG1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue using 221261(Anti-CCNG1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D262777(Anti-CCNG1 Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
