UNIPROT ID:   Q9NZK5 (Gene Accession – BC051755 )
Background:    This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of the adenosine deaminase protein family. The encoded protein is one of two adenosine deaminases found in humans, which regulate levels of the signaling molecule, adenosine. The encoded protein is secreted from monocytes undergoing differentiation and may regulate cell proliferation and differentiation. This gene may be responsible for some of the phenotypic features associated with cat eye syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013]

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 218466(ADA2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Secreted).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218466(Anti-ADA2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 218466(Anti-ADA2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D224505(Anti-ADA2 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
