Background:    This gene encodes an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase required for the maintenance of the antephase checkpoint that regulates cell cycle entry into mitosis and, therefore, may play a key role in cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis. The encoded protein has an N-terminal forkhead-associated domain, a central RING-finger domain, and a cysteine-rich C-terminal region. Alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 220457(CHFR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the synthetic peptide and then with 220457(Anti-CHFR Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human ovarian cancer tissue using 220457(Anti-CHFR Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human ovarian cancer tissue is first treated with synthetic peptide and then with D261557(Anti-CHFR Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
