Background:    Krppel-like factor 15 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KLF15 gene in the Krppel-like factorfamily. KLF15, a kidney-enriched Krppel-like factor, is a transcriptonal activator that binds the CLCNKA promoter. KLF15, which is a nuclear protein, is expressed primarily in liver, heart, skeletal muscle and kidney tissues but is not detected in lymphoid tissues or bone marrow. It is an important regulator of GLUT4 in both adipose and muscle tissues.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 216603(KLF15 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 216603(Anti-KLF15 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using 216603(Anti-KLF15 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D220902(Anti-KLF15 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
