Background:    The product of this gene belongs to the peptidase C56 family of proteins. It acts as a positive regulator of androgen receptor-dependent transcription. It may also function as a redox-sensitive chaperone, as a sensor for oxidative stress, and it apparently protects neurons against oxidative stress and cell death. Defects in this gene are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson disease 7. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human lung cancer tissue using 210519(PARK7 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25(Cytoplasm,Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human lung cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 210519(Anti-PARK7 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human colon cancer tissue using 210519(Anti-PARK7 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/25.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human colon cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D121103(Anti-PARK7 Antibody) at dilution 1/25.
