Background:    This gene is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases (PPIases). The cyclophilins are a highly conserved, ubiquitous family, members of which play an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions. Based on similarity to other PPIases, this protein could accelerate the folding of proteins and might catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue using 217709(PPIL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human thyroid cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 217709(Anti-PPIL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue using 217709(Anti-PPIL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/30.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D222910(Anti-PPIL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/30.
