Background:    This gene encodes a member of a family of calcium-regulated actin-binding proteins. This protein represents a dominant part of the brush border cytoskeleton which functions in the capping, severing, and bundling of actin filaments. Two mRNAs of 2.7 kb and 3.5 kb have been observed; they result from utilization of alternate poly-adenylation signals present in the terminal exon.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 218003(VIL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80(Cytoplasm and Cell membrane).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218003(Anti-VIL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue using 218003(Anti-VIL1 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/80.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D223534(Anti-VIL1 Antibody) at dilution 1/80.
