Background:    The Wilms tumor suppressor gene WT1 appears to play a role in both transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation of certain cellular genes. This gene encodes a WT1-associating protein, which is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein. Like WT1 protein, this protein is localized throughout the nucleoplasm as well as in speckles and partially colocalizes with splicing factors. Alternative splicing of this gene results in several transcript variants encoding three different isoforms.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human liver cancer tissue using 218286(WTAP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35(Nucleus ).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 218286(Anti-WTAP Antibody) at dilution 1/35.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using 218286(Anti-WTAP Antibody) at a dilution of 1/35.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D224095(Anti-WTAP Antibody) at dilution 1/35.
